How to setup the remote client:

Click the link below and allow the executable file to run. Give technician Your ID and Password (Under 'Wait for Session') so that he can connect to your machine. The password is only usable for the first session. The technician will not be able to connect to your machine again until the application is run again and a new ID/Password is generated. (see image below)
